GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

* we are a 24/7 limousine service company.
* All on-line reservations between the hours 7 AM and 11 PM should be made 3 hours before the pick up time.
* All on line reservations between the hours 11PM and 7 AM should be made 12 hours before the pick up time.
* If it is a last mint reservation you can call to confirm.
* A Representative will call as soon we receive your e-mail to confirm and get any other information required and answer all your questions.
* Prepaid forms and corporate applications are available to download from the link at the bottom, please fill it up and fax it back to us with a
copy of your driving license and the credit card (both sides) you want to use.
* Please make sure you give us the correct flight number, and keep us updated if any changes
* Please call us after picking up your entire entire luggage.
* NO SHOW fee equal to the trip fare will be charged for any passenger who failed to show up at the designated location.
* Please call VIP limousine if changed your pick-up location or you can't find your assigned car to avoid the no show charges.
* No child under age 0f 16 will ride ALONE WITHOUT A SIGNED WRITTEN CONSENT FROM HIS PARENTS. AND A PREPAID FORM
FOR THE CHARGE.
* * DON'T SUBMIT ANY CREDIT CARD OR BANKING INFORMATION IN THE FORM
* Please call us after picking up your entire luggage
* All rates are the same except that there is a late night and early morning surcharge for trips starting 11 pm and 4:30 am.
* Child seat is available with extra charge
* Gate meeting and greeting is available with reservation
* Lost and found: we do have lost and found department please call 847-299-9000 and ask for your lost and found between the hours of 9 am
and 7 pm central time.
* Please understand that VIP Chicago limousine is not responsible for any article that are lost or left in the limousine, but we will certainly do
our best to help you find any lost items
* Alcohol consumption inside the limousine or vehicle by any one less than 21 years old is strictly prohibited.
* Smoking inside the limousine is strictly prohibited.
* 100$ clean up fee will be charged for excessive debris or vomiting in the limousine.
* 10$ for braking or missing glasses.
* All tolls, stc and parking fees are not included in the rental rates.
* A 5% fuel surcharge shall apply to all vehicles with 10 passengers or less, 10% for all vehicles with more than 10 passengers.
* Standard 20% gratuity will be added to all pre-paid and corporate accounts.
* There is no charge for the first 15 mints of waiting time, waiting time exceeded the 15 mints will be charged on hourly rates.
* All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole destination of the chauffeur, and no refund will be provided.
* Customer hereby authorize VIP Chicago limousine services to charge credit card in file for any and all damages to the vehicle and the
vehicle components and accessories caused by the customer and the customer gusts .
* Illegal drugs use of any kind or nature inside the vehicle or the limousines is strictly prohibited.
* Over time charges will be billed in half hour increments.
* Customer agrees that over time will be billed at the contract rates and agrees to pay any over time charges.
* Customer agrees that a replacement limousine of similar quality or better may be provided in the event that the reserved vehicle is
unavailable due to reasons beyond VIP limousine control.

* All entertainments including CD's, DVD's, is to be provided by the client.
* All gift certificates must be faxed to the office (847) 299-9007 at least 1 day prior to the pick up
Cancellation:
* One week cancellations required for silver and gold and two weeks for platinum.
* All pick-up and drop off require four hours cancellations notice
* Failure to cancel within the required time will result in a full price charge.
* VIP CHICAGO Limousine reserves the right to refuse to service or make a reservation for any passenger who fails to supply a valid credit
card payment. In such case cash will be the only acceptable method off payment.
* VIP CHICAGO LIMOUSINE SERVICES reserves the right to deny an account set up or service to any person or company or any entity for any
reasons within its sole direction.
* ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
* WE WILL HONOR ALL RESERVATIONS MADE BEFORE THE RATE CHANGES.
